1 rotisserie chicken - diced
1/2 tsp honey
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 palmful cashews - chopped
1 rib celery - diced
1/4 onion - diced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl to combine. Serve with crackers, toast points or bread.
